The easiest way to start automatic mixing at your drum is using an economy mixer. Most effective for smaller shops where constant concentrations is required. Economy mixers allow for mixing and delivering metalworking fluids (coolant, cutting fluids). If the viscosity of your coolant is on the thicker side (over 500 SUS), an economy mixer will not work and you’ll need a machinist mixer.
