| The unique architecture with angular walls and ceilings created a beautiful aesthetic to the sanctuary, but produced many acoustic anomalies such as reverberations, multi-directional echos and presented uneven sound distribution throughout the environment. echoshield™ acoustic products were utilized to remove the anomalies to bring the room back into focus, allowing the audience to connect with the person(s) on stage as well as the band and choir. The sound engineer also has greater control over the equalization, sound level and presence of each instrument on stage as well as the vocal microphones, allowing for clarity and focused control that was missing. Through the process of correcting the acoustics of the sanctuary, Ashland Grace Brethren Church members now enjoy a more connected experience during services. |
