Yes! There are multiple user levels that can be associated with your account. Your account can be set up with a Super User who can manage other users and approve orders.

Click on ""Forgot Your Password?" and then enter your email address. A password reset link will be sent to the email address so you can create a new password. The link is only valid for 1 hour so if you have not reset your password in that time limit, you will have to start the process again.

Sure! Search for an item on our site and click on "Add to Quote" link. A Quote request is generated. Submit your Quote Request and one of our Customer Care specialist will return your quote via email within a few days.

Or if you have are a registered user, go to your Shopping Tools under your account. You'll find the Quote Request feature there where you can add any item you'd like us to quote.

In the top right corners of the Shopping and Account Tools, click on Manage Favorite Links. The icons all turn into stars. Click on the star next to your most used tools and that link will appear in the Current Profile box at the top of the page. The link will show up under Favorite Links

You can copy/paste items into the Quick Order Pad. At the bottom right of the Quick Order page, click on the link to paste your order. You can quickly paste up to 200 items and the quantities you need and then click the paste button. Once you have completed listing the itens you're ordering, Add to Cart.

There are a couple of things you can do. We can ship the items we have in stock to you and ship the balance when we receive it. Or if you'd prefer it all in one shipment, click on the "Ship Complete Order Only" at Checkout. Please be aware that if you opt for multiple shipments, multiple shipping charges could apply.

Your cart can be saved by clicking on the Save Cart drop down in the Shopping cart window. You can name your cart to retrieve later, print out the items in your cart or download your cart and it will be saved as an .xlsx file.
