- High-rigidity spindle complete with cylindrical roller bearing designed for accurate cutting
- C7 double nut X, Y, Z axes with 1.5” diameter precision ballscrews
- 1:2 ration timing belt boxes on X, Y, Z increase the drive torque for feeding
- X, Y, Z axes rapid movement by joystick or MPG
- X, Y, Z axes driven by servo motor with pendant control box showing individual buttons for each function allows for easy operator interface
- Hardened and ground table surface with 5 ground t-slots for accurate reference edge
- Hardened and ground dovetail ways for X axis and square ways for Y and Z axes
- “Turcite B” coating on X, Y, Z axes for exceptional wear resistant properties
- Meehanite castings for superior rigidity and wear resistance
