Crafted using a monocrystalline 55A aluminum oxide abrasive, this straight wheel delivers at least twice the life of common aluminum oxide wheels. Pair it with your centerless plunge and throughfeed surface grinders to tackle a variety of simple- to complex-shaped objects composed of a wide range of materials, including cast, ductile and gray iron, as well as tool, soft- and hard-carbon, and 400-series stainless steels. A Vitrium3 VS3 bond provides excellent form holding for cool cutting during high-speed applications.
